"15 Tips for Creating OUTSTANDING Audio and Video Programs"
Creating an outstanding audio or video program requires committing two of a facility's most precious resources: time and money. We will lead participants through the phases of production, define the tasks and outcomes of each phase, and connect the relationships of each task to the final outcome. We address how each step affects not only the financial cost but also how various decisions impact the quality, and ultimately the success, of the project.

"15 Tips ..." is designed especially for conferences, conventions, or other events. The program follows the standard progression of production. (Click here to see comments from previous session participants.)

Tips 1 - 3: Development - Set production/message goals, select the best delivery method, and identify the necessary resources for successfully completing the project.

People seek emotional experiences.
Technology choices should enhance, not drive, your goals.
Assess your resources wisely.

Tips 4 - 6: Pre-production - Create the production's outline and planning structure.

Establish clear channels of communication.
Don't short the foundation. (i.e. scriptwriting)
Assets and resources - get the best out of everything and everyone you have.

"I especially

appreciated the

manner in which

both of you guided

and helped us

better understand

the process of

creating an audio

tour, patiently and

clearly explaining

options, and

working with us

to make sure the

project was

completed on time

and on budget."
